Mr. Justice Savage has retired from the Court of Appeal effective September 1, 2019.

WELCOMING CEREMONY - THE HONOURABLE MADAM JUSTICE M. JOYCE DEWITT-VAN OOSTEN

The Honourable Chief Justice Robert Bauman is pleased to advise that there will be a formal ceremony to welcome the Honourable Madam Justice M. Joyce DeWitt-Van Oosten to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Court of Appeal of Yukon. The welcoming ceremony will be held on Friday, 6 September 2019 at 4:15 p.m. in Courtroom 60 of the Vancouver Law Courts.
