At the end of each day of the appeal, the archived recording will be available at this link. If you wish to use the webcast for anything other than personal viewing, please review and adhere to the terms of use of the webcast.

The hearing will take place in courtroom 60. Space in the gallery will be limited and media and counsel will be seated on a priority basis. Courtroom 61 will be available for overflow seating and the webcast will be displayed on a large screen.

The British Columbia Court of Appeal welcomes the appointment of the Honourable Mr. Justice Patrice Abrioux, a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Court of Appeal of Yukon. The welcoming ceremony for the Honourable Mr. Justice G. Bruce Butler, previously scheduled for Thursday, 22 November 2018 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, 13 March 2019 at 4:15 p.m. in Courtroom 60 of the Vancouver Law Courts.

THE HONOURABLE IAN T. DONALD

The Court recognizes the passing of the Honourable Ian T. Donald, former Justice of this Court between 1994 and 2017. Former Justice Donald passed away at his home on 15 February 2019.
