NOTICE: COURT OF APPEAL SITTING DURING THE OLYMPICS

The BC Court of Appeal will not be scheduling regular Court sittings during the weeks of February 8, 15 and 22, 2010. Regular Court sittings will resume on March 1, 2010. Sittings for urgent matters during this period can be scheduled by contacting the Court Scheduler, Maria Littlejohn, in writing, setting out the basis for the urgent hearing. Regular Chambers hearings will be available throughout this time period.
